Reset your password
Locked out of the driver app? You can send yourself a new password in about a minute.
If you've forgotten your driver app password, you don't have to wait for your manager. As long as your company has your email on file, you can send yourself a brand-new password right from the login screen.
You'll need two things: your username (your driver ID at your company, for example 704576@YourCompany) and the email address your company has on file for you.
- 1
Tap "Forgot password?"
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? (just below the Login button).
- 2
Enter your username
Type your username — your driver ID at your company, for example 704576@YourCompany. It's the same login you sign in with.
- 3
Enter the email on file
Type the email address your company has on file for you. It has to match, so use the email you gave your employer.
- 4
Send it
Tap Send New Password. You'll see a confirmation message on the screen.
- 5
Check your email
Open your email — check your spam/junk folder too. Within a minute or so you'll get a message with a new password.
- 6
Sign in
Go back to the login screen and sign in with your username and the new password from the email.
Copy the new password straight from the email and paste it into the password box to avoid typos.
For your security, the new password is only ever sent to the email your company already has on file — it's never shown on the screen. If it doesn't arrive, the email on file may be missing or different from the one you typed; ask your manager to check it.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's still not there after a few minutes, the email on file may be different from the one you entered (they have to match), or your company may not have an email on file for you. Ask your manager to confirm the email on your driver profile.
For your safety the screen shows the same confirmation whether or not everything matched — so a wrong username or email looks the same as a correct one. Double-check your username and the email on file and try once more. If you've tried several times, wait a few minutes before trying again.
Only someone with access to your on-file email — the new password is sent there and nowhere else. Your manager can also reset it for you from the office.
It's your driver ID, then @, then your company — for example 704576@YourCompany. It's the same login you use to sign in. If you're not sure, your manager can tell you.
Prefer to have your manager do it? They can still reset your password from the office in Manage Drivers, and it takes effect right away.
