In the driver app, open the Maintenance area.

Describe the problem
Pick your truck, choose the category, and describe what's wrong. Add a photo if you can.

Submit
Submit. Your shop sees it right away and can start a work order.
Reporting defects early keeps you safe and keeps the truck on the road. When in doubt, report it.
