An IVMR (Individual Vehicle Mileage Report) is a per-truck record of where a vehicle traveled and how many miles it ran, broken down by state. Carriers and fuel-tax rules require these reports, and keeping them accurate and on time is part of staying contract-compliant.
FAST builds an IVMR for every tractor, every week, from your telematics (ELD/GPS) and odometer data — so you're not assembling them by hand.
How a week flows

| Send | Approved reports go to your configured recipients — automatically, if auto-send is on. |
The golden rule: FAST only auto-sends reports it's confident about. If a report has an unresolved data gap, it's held so a person can confirm it before it leaves — that's a feature, not a failure.
