Most carriers pick Pro for automatic settlement import and the Motive/WEX integrations. Choose Complete if you want IVMR and Safety Forward included; Essentials covers payroll, maintenance, and scheduling if you’re just getting organized.
IVMR is included on Complete, or you can add the IVMR/IFTA module to any plan for $6/tractor.
