Enter/confirm your driver ID, vehicle number, and trip details.

Work the checklist
Go through each inspection item. Flag anything that's not right.

Add photos for defects
If you find a problem, add a photo so the shop can see it.

Submit
Submit the inspection. If you flagged a defect, it's reported for maintenance automatically.
If something makes the truck unsafe, don't roll — report the defect and tell your manager. Your inspection is the record that you flagged it.
