In the driver app, open Open Runs to see runs available to grab.

Grab a run
Tap Grab Run on the one you want, and confirm.

Track your grab
Open My Grabs to see the status — pending, approved, or denied — as chips.
A grab is a request until dispatch approves it. Once approved, the run shows up on your regular schedule.
