Scheduling in FAST flows in three moves:

  1. Plan runs — build reusable run templates (the legs, days, and default driver/tractor).
  2. Publish — turn those templates into this week's actual trips, manually or automatically.
  3. Fill gaps — post any uncovered run to the load board so drivers can grab it.

Drivers see their assignments — and any open runs they can claim — right in the driver app. Time-off requests flow into the same schedule so you can see conflicts before you publish.
